Research Abstract |
The infiltration of hydrophobic resin monomers into the nano-spaces between dentin collagen fibrils using ethanol-wet bonding technique can increase the durability of resin-dentin bonds overtime. In the view of water sorption and mechanical property of polymerized adhesives, the bonding layer created by hydrophobic monomers is desirable.
