Outline of Annual Research Achievements

サイバーフィジカルシステムにおいては,物理空間の制御対象のセンサデータにもとづいて,機械学習によりシステム同定や行動予測,さらには制御を行う必要がある.しかし,従来の機械学習は制御対象の動的な振る舞いを陽に考慮する形にはなっていない.本研究では,動的システムの間欠的な状態観測値から,その連続軌道を予測する問題を考察し,制約付きノンパラメトリック回帰問題として定式化する.

制約付きノンパラメトリック問題は適切に変換を施すと最適制御の問題となる.本年度は,特にスパース性を持つ最適制御問題を中心に研究を進めた.特に,ノイズが存在するもとでのロバスト性の解析の研究を行い,国際会議IFAC ROCOND 2022やIEEE Transactions on Automatic Control誌にて公表された.またこれまでの研究成果をまとめセミプレナリ講演として国際会議MTNS2022にて講演を行い,またサーベイ論文がInternational Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Controlに掲載された.

さらに,スパース最適制御の応用として,スパース時系列からのシステム同定やスパースフィードバック制御ゲインの設計,モデル予測制御に向けたリアルタイム数値計算の研究を行い,それぞれ国際会議であるThe 22nd International Conference on Control, Automation and Systems (ICCAS2022), 25th International Symposium on Mathematical Theory of Networks and Systems (MTNS2022), および Asian Control Conference (ASCC2022)や国際論文誌IEEE Transactions on Automatic ControlおよびAlgorithmsで発表を行った.
