Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究は,大脳皮質の神経活動を捉える指標として酸素化ヘモグロビンを測定し,急激な血圧変化を生じさせた時の変動から循環調節に関与する領域を同定すること,導管動脈と毛細血管との差異を明らかにすることを目的に,ヒトを対象とした基礎的研究および実験動物を対象とした基礎的研究の両面からアプローチしている.
2023年度は本研究の中心となるヒトを対象とした血流変化に関して,駆血解放を繰り返した際の変化と,運動前後の変化とを測定した.駆血解放の繰り返しにおいては,250mmHgの圧で両側大腿近位部を駆血し,急速に開放することで血圧を低下させる操作を4回繰り返した.平均動脈圧は,23.7±5.8mmHg~27.2±6.0mmHgの低下がみられたが,回数毎に有意な差は認められなかった(F=2.279,p=0.093).酸素化ヘモグロビンは0.047±0.019mM・cm~0.050±0.023mM・cm低下したが,回数毎に有意な差は認められなかった(F=0.350,p=0.789).回数毎における開放後1分間の変化では,平均動脈圧は開放前と比較して,1,3,4回目で開放前5~10秒,2回目で0~10秒に有意な低下を認め,いずれも開放後15秒で有意な差が認められなくなった.一方酸素化ヘモグロビンは,開放前と比較して,1回目で0~25秒,2,3回目で0~10秒,4回目で5~10秒,55秒に有意な低下を認め,1回目は30秒,2~4回目は15秒で有意な差が認められなくなった.中強度の自転車ペダリング運動を実施する前後で駆血解放を行い,前後で比較したところ,運動前に比べ運動後では平均動脈圧の低下幅が若干大きくなりその後の回復速度が上昇した.酸素化ヘモグロビンでは,もっとも低下するまでの時間が短縮した.
