Outline of Final Research Achievements

This study aimed to incorporate the young carers' perspective into child abuse prevention and to build a support system through collaboration between schools and the community. A survey of school nurse-teachers revealed their perceptions of support, institutional challenges, difficulties in dealing with the situation, and the effectiveness of careful support practices through health consultations and training with the parties involved. The importance of the role of school nurse teachers was highlighted, suggesting the need to strengthen the system and improve their expertise in the future.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

本研究は、ヤングケアラーの視点を児童虐待予防に取り入れ、学校と地域の連携による新たな支援体制の構築を提案した点に学術的意義がある。また、養護教諭の実践を通じて、子どもたちの見えにくい困難を早期に捉え、支援につなげる重要性を示したことは、実践的かつ社会的にも意義深い。ヤングケアラーの理解促進と支援体制強化に資する知見を提供しており、教育・福祉分野の政策形成にも貢献し得る成果である。
