Outline of Annual Research Achievements

乳幼児期の子どもを育てる女性・日中韓各国20名前後（中国は上海11名、蘇州８名、成都８名）に対して，育児支援リソースの多様性と利用実態に関するインタビュー調査を実施した。研究計画においてはインタビュー調査と質問紙調査をほぼ同時に行う予定であったが，各国研究チームとのディスカッションの中で各国の多様な価値観や育児支援リソースの実態を質的に把握する必要性を改めて認識するに至り，まずはインタビュー調査による質的データの収集を行い，その結果をもとに質問紙調査項目を選定することとした。月2回，研究代表者・各国グループの研究分担者やメンバーによる定期ミーティングを実施しているが，年度末には各国在住のメンバーも参加してインタビュー調査進捗報告会をオンラインで実施，意見交換を行い，各国共通で実施する質的データ分析の方向性を定めることができた。インタビュー調査の中間報告として，2021 Taiwan Psychological Association (TPA) Conferenceでのシンポジウム（A Comparative Study on the Diversity of Postpartum Childcare Support for Working Women and the Well-being of Mothers and Children in China, Japan, and Korea: Toward Science-Based Childcare and Employment Support），日本発達心理学会第33回大会ラウンドテーブルを開催するなどして，聴衆との意見交換を行った。

Reason

研究計画においてはインタビュー調査と質問紙調査をほぼ同時に行う予定であったが，各国の多様な価値観や育児支援リソースの実態を質的に把握する必要性を認識し，まずはインタビュー調査による質的データの収集を行い，その結果をもとに質問紙調査項目を選定することとした。当初計画とは順序は変更となったものの，進捗としては順調であり，コロナ禍による渡航規制にもかかわらずデータ収集も進展していると評価した。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

インタビュー調査で得られたデータについて，質的分析をする際の視点の共有が三ヵ国比較を行うという目的に照らして，認識していた以上に大きな課題であることが痛感された。この課題に関しては，量的調査とは異なる意味での比較になるであろうが，質的調査だからこそ到達できる成果を得ることができると考えている。また，そこには分析視点や分析方法のすりあわせを含め相互のディスカッションが必須となるため，今後もプロジェクト内の協働性を高めつつ前向きに取り組む。

Causes of Carryover

コロナ禍により海外渡航ができなかったため。2022年度には渡航規制も緩和されることが予想されるため，フィールドワークに関わる経費として執行する。
