Research Abstract |
Our research developed and evaluated education to instill ethicalsense of purpose and meaning in life, targeting not only schoolchildren and students butalso home education and nurses newly employed by hospitals. The education included notonly lectures and group discussions, but used literature and anime, and even mindfulnessmeditation, which we evaluated using salivary stress levels. We shall continue to analyzeand publish our results.
