内部労働市場の機能と人事制度の効果に関する実証研究

Research Abstract

総合化学メーカー1社、および機械部品メーカー1社の人事パネルデータを用いた定量分析を行った。平成24年度(および繰り越し翌年度)は、「男女賃金格差の原因」「コーホート効果(就職氷河期入社の長期的影響)」について論文執筆を終了し、経済産業研究所からディスカッションペーパーとして公表した。次の分析課題である「評価におけるバイアス」「技能形成と適性の発見」「女性の人材配置」「環境変化と組織改革」について、データの加工を進めると同時に、いくつかの興味深い分析を行った。成果の一部は、平成25年度夏に行った、国際シンポジウム「日本の人事を「科学」する―グローバル化時代における雇用システムを考える」で紹介している。
自動車ディーラーの営業社員の分析においても、「主観的評価の役割とバイアスがもたらす離職」、「管理職の選抜パターンと利益への貢献の計測、およびその決定要因」の二つの研究課題について分析を進展させた。
