Research Abstract

1. NTAF1の免疫組織化学的検討
我々が発見した遺伝性ジストニアDYT3の原因遺伝子であるTAF1遺伝子の神経細胞内でのアイソフォームであるNTAF1に対する特異的な抗体の開発に成功し、正常のマウス・ヒトの脳で通常型のTAF1とNTAF1を染め分けることに成功した。これを論文化中であり、引き続いてDYT3患者脳での検討を進めている。
2. DYT1のモデルマウス脳をドイツチュービンゲン大学からもらいうけ、ストリオゾーム特有の病変があるか検討中である。
3. DYT3の簡易遺伝子検査法をサザンブロットで開発し、検査依頼を受け付け始めた。
4. 治療法としては、ボツリヌス毒素治療の臨床研究・臨床試験結果をまとめ、大脳磁気刺激後のSEP変化について検討した(本年度業績参照).
