Shadowing is the work of recreating a speech sound precisely as it was input into one' s auditory sense and it is known as a training method for simultaneous interpreters. Whether or not this method has an effect on training instantaneous speech production ability was studied with Japanese language students overseas
Experimental research using multiple factors was conducted on students of secondary and higher education in seven countries : United States, New Zealand, South Korea, China, Taiwan, Thailand, and Austria. And the result of this research confirmed that it is effective
