Research Abstract |
This research explored how human relationships work effectively for growth of young employees and how they construct. We conducted questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews with 35 college graduate employees and their managers of a manufacturing company in Japan. The result indicates that young employees classified as"high growth"have relatively diverse and loose relationships rather than dyadic and tight relationships.
