Research Abstract |
In this study, a system for research information triage and efficient investigation action strategy under widespread and large scale earthquake disaster is constructed by using optimization methods. The aim of this system is to select scientifically important damage investigation information out of the immense amount of information by‘Hito'(human),‘Koto'(matter) and‘Kane'(money) which is limited and changed by this great earthquake with unprecedented damage. As the result of this research, the past earthquake damage investigation situation is previewed and the open system by WebGIS was created through data collection and database creation required for damage prediction. Furthermore, disaster information about the Great East Japan Earthquake was gathered and Mega-Disaster Information Center(MeDIC) was opened. Moreover, damage prediction of the elementary school which is needed in a strategy planning systems configuration and which serves as important installations using the assumed Tokai-Tonankai and Nankai earthquake was performed.
