| Research Abstract |
This study aimed to examine the excavation of potential demand of the Seto Inland Sea coastal catches and the distribution system of those. It was found that there is a certain local demand of local fresh fish and also that it is difficult to find new market somewhere else. But, on the other hand, local market and retailers tended to decrease of local fresh fish dealings, which is a big factor to narrow the market of local fresh fish.
