Research Abstract

ラット正常DRGにおける8種類のNav mNRAの発現について、以前に英語論文にまとめたものを更に詳しく調べるため、DRGニューロンの4つのサブタイプ別(NF-/TrkA+,NF-/TrkA-,NF+/TrkA+,NF+/TrkA-)に発現を調べ、NF-の2つのサブタイプはNavの発現に違いがないこと、NF+/TrkA+のサブタイプはNav1.9を除いてNF-のサブタイプと同様の発現パターンであること、Nav1.7はNF+/TrkA-サブタイプの一部で発現していないことが分かった。現在英語論文にまとめたものを投稿中である。
L5脊髄神経結紮(L5 SPNL)モデルのL5DRGにおけるNav mRNAの経時的(1~28日後)変化を調べて、結果を得た。その結果これまで知られていなかった、TrkC+ニューロンでのNav1.7の新規発現が判明した。現在結果を英語論文として執筆中である。
