| Research Abstract |
We were studied about an lightweight and comfortable blade-proof(stab resistance) clothing. In this study, we proceeded to consider the four aspects as follow.(1) Establishment of an evaluation method for blade-proof performance of materials.(2) Development of a high-performance nano-materials and composite for layer structure.(3) Study on a thermal environment evaluation and development of a body cooling clothing.(4) Evaluation of mobility for blade-proof clothing by Kansei engineering. As a result, we were able to construct a physical evaluation method required for the development of blade-proof materials. And we also developed a cooling mechanism of the blade-proof clothing for human comfort.

[Remarks] 以下のアウトリーチ活動を行った.(1)警察庁との情報交換・意見交換警察庁(長官官房総務課,および調達課)と数回にわたって情報交換・意見交換の場をもった.この場では,研究の経過や成果について説明すると共に,現場や調達面での課題について可能な範囲でヒアリングを行った.

[Remarks] (2) APCC2011の開催2nd Asian Protective Clothing Conference(第2回アジア防護服会議)を研究代表者,研究分担者が実行委員長,実行委員として企画・運営して,日本で開催した(2011. 12. 7-8,於信州大学繊維学部).米国,韓国,中国,台湾などから数多くの参加があった.

[Remarks] (3)防刃評価技術に関するディスカッションカケンテストセンターでは切創に関する評価法を刃物メーカーと共同で行っており,本研究課題の考え方,研究経過および成果について説明し,意見交換を行った.
