| Research Abstract |
本年度の研究課題ではカドミウム以外の重金属カチオンを用いた他の化合物半導体結晶の合成について研究を行った。特にカチオンについては環境中からの回収が望まれる鉛、戦略元素であるニッケル、コバルト、亜鉛、各イオンをカドミウムイオンに代わるイオンとして培養液中にセレン・テルルオキサニオンとともに添加することで、カドミウム以外の重金属を用いたなどの化合物半導体結晶の合成・変換について検討した。更に蛍光性が強いカチオン種イオンとも共存させながら培養することで、蛍光寿命の長い希土類化合物半導体結晶の微生物合成についても検討した。これまでのところ、微粒子の同定・特性評価を行った。また、本研究内容の実用化を目的として、菌体固定化循環型バイオリアクターをデザインし、モデル廃液や実廃液レベルでのセレン・テルルの有害アニオンと有毒重金属イオンの同時回収と蛍光性半導体ナノ微粒子への変換を検証できた。
