| Research Abstract |
This research has developed a bunch of technologies for real-time knowledge acquisition. Two different directional syntactic patterns are used to obtain Web search results and knowledge can be efficiently extracted from the search results. A method for finding appropriate syntactic patterns for various kinds of knowledge has been also developed. The acquired knowledge can be used in many applications.
