Research Abstract |
This project, focusing on the “oeuvre-temoignage” written by Holocaust survivors, analyzed how the multiple facts including the “happiness” of the internees were revealed in their reflective “oeuvre-temoignage”. As for France’s cooperation and the persecution of the Jews in France under the Nazis, the research also dealt with Jacques Chardonne’s viewpoint and explored the limitation of the schematic understanding regarding collaboration/resistance/detachment.
