Research Abstract	Collateral is not for realization in relationship banking(business model by regional financial institutions for small and medium enterprises). In relationship banking, creditor uses collateral to get information and manage debtor' s credit and inventory, to participate in debtor' s business and business policy actively, and to keep Unity of the debtor' s business in case of transfer plan and M & A. This trend can be confirmed also in my survey
