Research Abstract |
We have developed a variety of novel and atom economical asymmetric carbon-carbon forming reactions catalyzed by cationic chiral palladium complex as a Lewis acid. We demonstrated that the chiral Pd-complexes are 1) air- and moisture-stable, 2) easily synthesized, and 3) catalytically very active (up to 0.01mol%) with high yield and enantioselectivity.
