Research Abstract |
This study performed a cost-effectiveness analysis and a cost-benefit analysis in the helicopter emergency medical services in Japan. Sapporo area's helicopter service was cost-effective compared with previous study. In the cost-benefit analysis, the residents' valuation for helicopter service changed by accessibility of health resource. We devised the system to simulate the effect of helicopter services' allocation used the economic evaluation.
