Research Abstract |
We isolated Endothelial progenitor cells (EPC) derived from peripheral blood/bone marrow/the blood vessel wall of the adult patient of the ischemia that merged diabetes-related disease and tried separation of Alde-High and -Low EPC by ALDH activity and examined cell proliferation ability/migration ability/ischemia improvement ability.
