Research Abstract

The interview investigation were performed in this study for three following groups ; (1) The Japanese nurses who has the experience as the nurse in both Japan and foreign countries, (2) The foreigner nurses who has experience as a nurse in his/her own country, and who has experience as nurse or nurse trainee under FTA/EPA in Japan and (3) The Japanese nurse who are/were an instructor of the foreign nurse under FTA/EPA in the healthcare setting in Japan. The nursing skills for building, promoting and maintaining the interpersonal relationship unique to Japanese culture especially between patient and nurse are shown.
