Outline of Final Research Achievements

This study aims to develop project management based on a risk-driven approach. To achieve this, we measured the impact of risk factors on projects using actual project data and created a model that incorporates these impact relationships. By utilizing a latent class model to analyze project risk factors, we identified classes with distinct characteristics influenced by varying risk factors. We also modeled the findings using Bayesian networks and proposed risk management methods.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

本研究の意義は、リスク評価がプロジェクト計画に反映されたことによる調整の結果、リスク要因の影響が単純にプロジェクトの結果に反映されるわけではないこと、リスクの影響は調整が容易ではない要因に残り、かつその影響はプロジェクトのクラスによって異なることが明らかになった点にある。また、要因相互の影響関係をデータより推察する手法を示した。このことにより、リスク要因の調整の効果とプロジェクトのクラスを意識したプロジェクトの管理が可能になり、遅延や予算超過等のリスクを軽減することにつながるであろう。
