Outline of Final Research Achievements

This study focused on French poets contemporary with and after Surrealism, analyzing representative poetic works and aiming to obtain a unified perspective on "orarity" in the history of French poetry. In the collection of literature, we focused on overseas literature research and collected hard-to-find documents; in 2021, we examined colloquiality in relation to the influence of the Anglo-American world, and in 2022, we analyzed and discussed specific poets. In the study of Guillevic, we analyzed the process of his return from colloquial free verse to formulaic poetry, and pointed out his struggle to regain his own "voice". Regarding Jean Follain, he pointed out the uniqueness of Follain's modern-style epic works from the viewpoint of "narration.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

本研究は、現代フランス詩人の詩作品における「口語性」の統一的視座を追求し、文学研究の進歩に寄与している。現代詩は、近代までの流れを受けた知的な教養を前提とする詩が多い一方、口語的なリズムや、音といった純粋な声の楽しみを追求した詩も少なくない。こうした詩の存在を普及することは、社会が持つ「詩」（特にフランス）に対する印象を大きく変えることができる。
また、シュルレアリスムとは異なる現代詩人を扱うことで、フランス文学の多様性や芸術的な発展に洞察を与えた。こうした研究成果は、文化交流の促進や文学教育の充実に貢献し、詩作品の評価や評論の豊かさをもたらすだろう。
