| Research Abstract |
Based on our five years'longitudinal survey,we identified young people's trajectories of school-to-work transitions. A half of our respondents seems to experience rather smooth transition from school to stable employment. However, three in ten of them have continuously experience uncertain situation such as non-regular employment or unemployed since their leaving education. There are also many differences in youth transition between metropolitan areas and other areas.
