Research Abstract |
We have characterized the conditions of goal-type games which induce physical issues and we have created several mini-games, such as a put-hands-together game. We made guidelines including assessment standards corresponding to those physical issues. Based on those guidelines, eighth grade students tried some games and we got good results. In addition, we investigated how to coach without-ball-moving in basketball games in junior or senior high schools. It became clear that it takes time to change how to coach since we found out that coaches tended to tell their players how to move without ball before players got to know that by theirselves in playing games.
