Research Abstract |
An experimental production of the three stage seismic intensity meter has conducted. The system consists of general JMA seismic intensity meter and EEW (Earthquake Early Warning) receiving terminal. It broadcasts three kinds of seismic intensities, seismic intensity estimated from observed P wave on site (P-wave sensor), seismic intensity estimated from source information broadcasted by EEW system, and observed seismic intensity at the site. Applicability of the system has also reviewed.
