Research Abstract |
Phenomena in the world have expanded spatially and have condensed temporally; as a consequence, we now live in an era of complexities and uncertainties. In such a day and age, it is becoming more and more rational to shift from a management centered on controlling the switch between “force others to do” and “be forced to do”, to a management centered on supporting (SHIEN) a switch between “letothers do for you” and “do for others”. I call this competence the “SHITEMORAU Competence”. This research explains the main characteristics of this competence and proposes a training method to change old-style organizations into new ones, viable in the present new era.
