Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This research aims for highlighting the inter-action process between organizational philosophy & culture and employee which has never been revealed in empowerment. Theoretical framework is made by using new neuroscience, for example, synesthesia, social brain, optical illusion, savant syndrome, infant developing process, organizational immune system and so on. I have collected the cases that I have been observing directly my research room student’s actions & growth for 3 years in the event with Kamatamare Sanuki, Kagawa prefectural office, Takamatsu city hall, other university students and high school students, by using findings from my literature review and survey.
