Research Abstract |
Magnetoelectric effects in junctions of ferromagnetic-ferroelastic material and ferroelectric material were investigated. We clarified mechanism of the ferroelastic-ferromagnetic coupling, discovered two newferroelastic-ferromagnetic materials, and found a possibility to enhance magnetoelectric effects in epitaxial junctions of ferromagnetic-ferroelastic coupling material andferroelectric material.
