| Research Abstract |
初年ではCPR(Curved multiPlanar Reconstruction)画像による術前動脈瘤評価の妥当性を検証し（3D workstation is useful for measuring the correct size of abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA) diameterとしてAnnals of vascular surgery誌に掲載）、そのうえで術後におこりうる形態変化の分析を行った。まず、術後の動脈瘤の瘤径変化の検討と残存血流との関係を調べた（Comparison of the Property of Type II Endoleak between the Zenith and the Excluder and its Effect on the Changes of Aneurysmal Diameter.として現在Journal of vascular surgery誌に投稿・査読中）。これはステントグラフト機種別での評価、責任血管別での評価という点において特色があると考える。前年の報告で記述した、ステントグラフトが固定されている部分の経時的強度変化の推定（The change of the diameter of the distal neck of post-stentgraft(仮題)）も同時進行で投稿予定としている。
