| Research Abstract |
This study describes how to specify a sustainability of the system financing by East Asian countries and utilizing the money piled up in this area. It has shown how to solve and draw policy lessons to design a cooperative financial system in East Asia. Especially, this study has focused on both the type of and the account for the money these countries utilize.
