Research Abstract |
Various chemical processes and signal transductions are mainly executed by protein-protein interaction. Therefore, it is important to monitor protein-protein interactions in living cells non-invasively. In this study, I developed a bioluminescent probe for highly sensitive real-timesensing of the formation of protein ternary complexes in living mammalian cells.
