Outline of Final Research Achievements	This research identifies the challenges faced by international students, drawing upon interviews conducted at Kushiro, Hachinohe, Tsuyama, and Kagawa KOSENs, and supplemented by national surveys on international dormitories. It clarifies the factors and circumstances that hinder student adaptation. Furthermore, the study establishes and evaluates country-specific educational program models designed to support international students in their career development. These models include multicultural education, academic support, career guidance, tutor training, and specialized counseling systems. Kagawa KOSEN, in particular, plays a leading role in developing study support workshops and training programs for Japanese tutors, which include components such as intercultural communication, peer support, and Easy Japanese. The project integrates these practices to create and implement Japanese language teaching materials.
