| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
2022年度は在外研究中であったため、本研究に関連する報告を当該国において行った。また本研究は比較憲法学に深く関連するが、その方法論についての基礎的な報告も行った。
１．Trinity Centre for Constitutional Governanceにて行われたComparing constitutional amendment in Ireland and Japanにおいて、The Origin and Formation of Anti-Referendum Culture in Japanと題する報告を行った。
２．University College Cork, School of Lawにおいて、Research colloquium seriesの一環として、Distrust of Sovereignty? One Aspect of Constitutional Culture in Japanと題する報告を行った。
３．Trinity Centre for Constitutional Governanceにおいて、Understanding the Constitution of Japan: comparison and analysisというシンポのなかで、Understanding the Constitution of Japan: comparison and analysisと題する報告を行った。
４．TCJS Online Seminar, Book Talk Seriesにおいて、Kenneth Mori McElwain氏の比較憲法に関する最新の著書について議論した。

本年度は、本研究に関する報告を英語で行い、本研究の目的の一つである、「日本についての議論状況を発信する」を進展させた。

2023年度は、2022年度における報告などをベースにしながら、日本語のみならず英語で本研究に関する論文を公表することを予定している。

おおむね当初予定通りの支出であったが、在外研究中で書籍の購入などに不都合があり、やや次年度使用額が発生した。
