Outline of Final Research Achievements

The purpose of this study was to identify characteristics of in-school teacher training in which teachers can reflect on their daily practices with colleagues willingly. To encourage the collaboration with colleagues, an “interactive co-creation sheet” was created. Then, effective support in the teacher training was explored through the use of the sheet. Consequently, it was indicated that 1) enhancing teachers' expertise (understanding of children) through discussion with colleagues, and 2) designing experience-based training in which teachers can share various daily practices and problems with each other are essential to support teacher development and collaboration.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

本研究の意義は,学校経営組織に求められる教師の学びを支える仕組みの構築の要件を示したことである。新たな教師の学びを支える校内研修のマネジメントについての実践と考察を通して、「対話」と「共創」を鍵概念に新たな教師の学びの姿の実現に向けた組織的・日常的な校内研修づくりが欠かせない。同僚との対話を生み出す共創型校内研修のための具体的な研修ツールの開発により教師の同僚性を育む校内研修を実現させ,教師の孤立化・個業化が進む深刻な学校現場の状況の改善策として本研究の成果には意義がある。また将来,教職を志す学生の教員養成の重要な場として位置付けられている教育実習や教職大学院生の実地研究での活用も期待できる。
