Outline of Final Research Achievements

This study examined strategies for implementing Happiness Mom, a psychotherapy program for working mothers raising preschool children. Secondary analysis of data obtained from a randomized controlled trial identified the age of the youngest child (0-2 years) as a factor affecting satisfaction. In addition, focus group interviews were conducted with groups that had learned the entire program and were divided into two groups: high and low satisfaction. The results showed that motivation for learning opportunities, "personalizing" mental health, and finding parallels with work were associated with satisfaction. Based on the results of the quantitative and qualitative analyses, the following measures were identified to increase satisfaction: limiting the target group, providing prior Awareness training, and allowing learning during work hours.
