Research Abstract |
JAG induced motor cell shrinking and concomittant ROS production. External addition of ROS also induced motor-cell shrinking, thne JAG-induced shrinking of motor cell is independent to COI1-JAZ signaling pathway and dependent ROS-mediated path. The molecular target of JAG was also revealed by using our compact molecular probe approach.
