| Research Abstract |
1. We apply cocktail vaccine for pancreatic cancer patient who is positive for HLA-A*0201 which target on VEGFR1/VEGFR2/KIF20A in a clinical setting. Next stage, we will identify and product a new target molecular target, oncoantigen; epitope peptide of MUC-16, mesothelin, ensure the safety and stability, and have started Phase I study.
2. As the applicance of peptide vaccine therapy with Gemicitabine based adjuvant chemotherapy, many patients presented and apply for other clinical study, new procedure and postoperative management has been established. As a result, the incidence of postoperative complication has been decreased, and the time between operation and adjuvant chemotherapy was gradually shortened.
