| Research Abstract |
Fork rituak Kagura has been believed in Japanese original sacred arts for soothing gods. But we observe similar arts in East Asian countries. In this study, he investigated the Kagura performances, especialy Yudate ritual and dances for departed souls called "Arahira", around the Seto Inland Sea, which covers along the coastal area of Chyugoku, Shikoku and Kyushu district, then clarified originality of Japanese Kagura performances.
