| Research Abstract |
This research deals with adjustment of interests among corporate creditors,and takes up bondholders as corporate creditors. Fiduciary duty of banks administering bonds does not adjust interests between bondholders and banks administering bonds. Bondholders' meeting generally adjusts interests among bondholders, but may not remit principal or interest of bonds.
