Research Abstract |
In the present research a test stand for x-ray spectrum imaging has been constructed. A test performance has been carried out by using synchrotron radiation at BL-14C in KEK PF, since more intense x-ray gives rise to better energy and time resolution by means of the methods on the x-ray spectrum imaging. The secondary refracted 0.3-mm-width-x-ray beam from the tandem crystal monochrometer is detected through 1-mm-diameter-tungsten pinhole with 16-bit-dynamic-range-CCD camera. The experimental result is consistent with the theoretical prediction from the geometrical configuration of the test stand. The parameters necessary for the spectrum analysis have been also obtained.
