Outline of Final Research Achievements

In this study, we firstly identified key genes that determine memory of kidney derived iPS cells. By using these genes, we induced kidney cells efficiently from iPS cells. Finally, we tried to establish artificial kidney that was reported by Lanza et al. However, we could not reproduce the device by using human kidney derived iPS cells.
