ＳＧＡ児に対する生後早期ＧＨ療法が中枢神経系に与える影響に関する基礎的研究

Research Abstract

胎児発育不全（FGR）モデル動物の作成：SD系ラットの母獣で、妊娠17日目に開腹し子宮動脈4ヵ所を30分間クランプした後、クランプを解除して閉腹し、妊娠を継続させる。虚血再潅流により胎仔に子宮内発育不全を誘導する。新生仔期、幼仔期における検討を行うため通常経膣分娩にて分娩とし、母獣に哺育させる。コントロール群は、開腹して子宮を体外に出すが子宮動脈はクランプせず、FGR群と同じ時間経過後に閉腹した。出生体重：FGR群 4.78±0.18g、コントロール群 5.30±0.11g（p<0.05）、出生後の体重推移：日齢1：FGR群 5.25±0.18g、コントロール群 5.90±0.15g（p<0.05）、日齢2：FGR群 5.77±0.27g、コントロール群 6.75±0.21g（p<0.01）、日齢3：FGR群 6.44±0.35g、コントロール群 7.46±0.27g（p<0.05）、日齢4：FGR群 7.51±0.42g、コントロール群 8.14±0.35g（有意差なし）
行動学的評価としてロータロッド（2回/日　2日連続試行）およびシャトル・アボイダンス（20session/日　4日連続試行）を行った。ロータロッドの結果（落下までの時間（秒））は、FGR群で1回目133.6±29.5秒、2回目188.0±24.0秒、3回目203.4±23.9秒、4回目233.1±21.7秒、対照群で1回目169.1±18.2秒、2回目194.0±19.5秒、3回目193.8±23.8秒、4回目210.8±20.7秒であり、有意差を認めなかった。シャトル・アボイダンスの結果（回避率（％））では、FGR群で日齢1；22.5±5.5％、日齢2；62.5±10.5％、日齢3；64.4±8.8％、日齢4；68.1±8.2％、対照群で日齢1；31.8±3.9％、日齢2；70.5±4.3％、日齢3；79.5±3.4％、日齢4；83.2±3.5％であり、有意差を認めなかった。
