VBのレパートリーを増やしTCRのCDR３のシークエンスを確認する方法を検討を行い、マルチプレックスPCRと degenerated primer を使用する方法で検討ができている。
現在、正常コントロールの末梢血を使用しCDR３のシークエンスの結果がでてきている。
