Research Abstract

We conducted the study on the construction of education support system for taking the national nursing license and the education concerned among foreign nursing candidates (FNC). Five FNCs of three medical facilities and four teaching staffs (Niigata Seiryo University, Saku University, and Ryotokuji University) were participated in this study. Our education support included three points: 1) study support about the systematic national nursing license test question by using the e-learning system,2) receiving a teacher's guidance by using Skype,3) after setting up their own objective, making a call at student's medical facility. Finally, one of 5 FNCs passed in the national nursing license. We concluded that in order to passing in the national nursing license, Japanese and different culture adjustment faculties were required, and also readiness and continuity of motivation to do the work and/or mission were quite important subjects.
