| Research Abstract |
I identified mechanical-stress dependent promoter of microRNA. The promoter was ignited by heart beating and shear stress of zebrafish hearts and the activation of this promoter could detect by fluorescence microscopy in real time. I knocked out the specific gene that is downstream target of stress-dependent miRNA. The knockout mice showed the enhancement of lipid metabolism and endurance exercise capacity.
