Research Abstract |
Here, we demonstrated that S1P promoted cell proliferation andmigration of fibloblasts cells. In particular, It markedly increased S1PR1 level in lung tissue and pulmonary fibroblasts. S1P-S1P1pathway may be an effective molecular therapeutic strategy for fibrotic lung diseases.
