力センサの動的誤差補正の高精度化

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

平成26年度は,浮上質量法(Levitation Mass Method: LMM)を応用した力センサの動的校正・補正法の高精度化を行った.まず,[1]高精度な動的特性評価を可能とする評価装置を開発し,いくつかのタイプの力センサを対象として,[2]高精度な動的特性評価・解析を行い,動的特性の解明を行った.その結果から,高精度な動的補正法を開発し,[3]その動的補正法を組み込んだソフトウェアを開発し,実用性の高いシステムとして提案した.
[1] 高精度な動的特性評価を可能とする評価装置の開発:これまでの浮上質量法では,微小な力の計測の際には,質量が約30 gの可動部を持つ小型空気軸受を用いて計測を行ってきたが,より微小な力の発生・測定のため質量が約3 gの可動部を持つ超小型空気軸受を用い,その摩擦特性を評価した.その結果,超小型空気軸受の動摩擦は,0.1 mN以下であり,かつその値を多項式で近似できることが明らかになった.この装置により,0.1 mNオーダーの微小な力の発生・計測が可能である.
[2] 力センサの高精度な動的特性評価・解析:2種類の力センサおよびピエゾ素子について,構築した評価装置を用いて動的特性の評価試験を行った.力センサの動的誤差要因として,慣性質量,粘性,時間遅れの影響について解析を行い,それらの補正手法を考案した.
[3] 動的補正法を組み込んだソフトウェアの開発:これまでの研究成果を元に,力センサの出力とその力センサの動的校正係数を受け取り,動的誤差の補正されたデータを出力するソフトウェアを作成した.このソフトウェアでは,補正後の力以外にも,力のピーク値,補正前と補正後の推定誤差を算出し表示する.
また,新たなLMMの応用例として,鋼球が水面へ突入する際の鋼球が受ける力の精密計測,振動センサの板ばねの特性評価,竹刀の衝突応答試験を行い,本研究で用いる手法が様々な力の動的計測に応用できることを示した.
