Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Ensuring safe nagivation of ships is indispensable for the rule of law in the international community. In this project we studied such topics as legal status of the strait of Hormuz, immunity enjoyed by warships and other government ships, piracy, nuclear ships, ADIZ and law enforcement measures in the ocean from the points of both international and domestic laws. Part of the rusults of this project has already been published in Japanese or English law journals.
